During my Easter stay, the hotel offered some amenities that were nice such as a clean room and comfortable bed. the staff that helped with my bags was also friendly and attentive. the location was convenient for exploring the area.

There were several negative aspects that detracted from my experience. the noise level was unbearable, with street traffic causing a disturbance throughout the day and night.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Tainara who always went out of her way to make me comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were great. I was able to use the kitchen, and the wifi was excellent. Additionally, the hotel was located right next to key public transport links making it easy for me to get around this city.

The bathroom left a lot to be desired, with broken toilet and shower facilities, and not very clean.

Spent the new year here and it was a great experience. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was ideal, with easy access to popular attractions and amenities. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, which made it easy to stay connected and comfortable. The room was clean and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities.

The shower curtains were not very effective and the floor did get a bit wet when taking a shower. the noise from the nearby street was a bit disruptive, particularly during the day.

The staff, especially Tainara, were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The hotel offers a shared kitchen, which was a bonus for me. Additionally, the wifi was excellent and there was air conditioning in the room, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and I would highly recommend it.
